Training Focus

Each session is tailored to suit the age group and ability of players, and includes:

  • Warm-ups and fitness drills
  • Ball handling and shooting techniques
  • Teamwork and strategy games
  • Fun activities to build confidence and team spirit

Meet Our Coaches

Our volunteer coaches are passionate about helping every player feel confident and capable on the court. Many have coaching qualifications or teaching experience, and all share a love of basketball and working with kids.

Training FAQ

What if my child can't attend every session?
That’s okay – we understand families are busy. Just let your coach know in advance.
Absolutely! Parents are welcome to stay and watch – many even help out when they can.
We usually take a break during holidays, but sometimes run optional sessions – we’ll keep you posted.
